We were a whole family and we loved it, definitely will come again. Worth every penny , Thanks

Dinner was splendid, the food was very good and there was a big variety to choose from, even Bfast was very good. As there was a child area , the restaurant was quite and we enjoyed every minute. Pool was relax and hot water. Room was clean and very comfortable for three persons.

A nice and decent stay in Bugibba

The hotel is at walking distance from the bus station, and it was a good deal for a last minute decision to travel to Malta. My room was large and spacious, and there was good wi-fi coverage all over the place. There is a small pool in the basement, and there is also a nice pool on the rooftop. There was room service on a daily basis. TV/fridge/AC also/electric kettle/coffee/tea/small patio also in the room.

Some areas of the hotel are refurbished I think, but my room, as it was looked like stucked in the 1980's. Small issues were all over the place, rust here and there, signs of wear, but overall I've had a decent stay and I could get a good night sleep while I've stayed there. Breakfast was ok-ish, but far from what a 4 star hotel should offer, not to mention the coffee at breakfast, that was simply horrible...

Very Good

I liked it that when we arrived and we did not like it they changed it for us. The breakfast was very good. It is oly hotel that is truely pet friendly.

The receptionists are not that professiinal whe doing check in and chech out. They are not certain of what they are doing. The hotel rooms needs referbishment.

Very Good

Very good breakfast and very good buffet dinner. Spacious room with all facilities. Early check in was most appreciated and an extra bonus to us. We also noticed some improvements to when we were last there..one of them being the opening of a new caffeteria and another by being supplied with plastic cards for access to room and indoor lights

Sadly we weren't provided with the room we actually booked...booking.com please take note. The room we checked in had a small " balcony" in a courtyard. There was also a courtyard at the back...the room was nice...but the point is that we were mislead. Also the room had a very small TV set, not like other rooms in the hotel itself which have bigger television sets. Requested a room at a higher level but was given a room on first floor...this could be because none were available, but then again the Hotel wasn't full.

Good

The quality and variety of food and drinks available/provided was excellent. The staff were very busy but always attentive and helpful.

A couple of lifts were out of order, which was a continuous frustration. The rooms are not sound-proofed.

Awesome

Very good breakfast with wide choice. Large room with good shower. Large clean bars with comfortable seating. Water with lemons available at the reception for free.

Bed wasnt the most comfortable.

Nice hotel although Malta didn't particularly impress us

Nice hotel with nice food. The New Year's Eve buffet was amazing and the party was great too.

We weren't that impressed with Malta or the hotel's location.

A great hotel to relax & chill but also you had the choice to visit other place's.

I liked all of what this hotel had to offer as there was a great choice of food at breakfast but eat as much as you want & you could also do the same in the evening as I only booked half board which was more than enough for me but all of the staff were very helpful & polite. As this was my first trip to Malta but also at this hotel I would revisit again later in the year.

I could not dislike anything as there was so much you could do at the hotel like play pool, use the gym & also take any pick of the swimming pool's but I really did like the big roof terrace as it was such a great place to catch the sun & see the view's from here.

Good value for money

Good variety of tasty food. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Indoor pool and gym really enjoyable.

The 2 downfalls of this hotel is location and the mealtimes service. Getting guests to find a table and at some point a waitress will be over to take a drinks order. You could be waiting a good 15 mins. The waitresses will never be able to keep up with people coming and going if they didn't seat you themselves. Also, evenings entertainment is dated and in need of a revamp
